Touch Business: New Beginnings

Normally when you apply for a job, you're just applying for a role. You apply hoping to actually be acknowledged, rather than just receiving an email back that feels like a script. Something that has been sent to dozens of possible candidates. But when I was contacted by Touch Business, I was made to feel like my application had real potential. I felt like an actual person, not just Candidate Number 21. That's when I knew I hadn't just applied for a marketing assistant job in Wigan. I had applied to be apart of a team, a family, at Touch Business. So, you can imagine the surprise and joy I felt when I was told I got the job. At that moment, my career flashed before my eyes and I was excited by the potential this position had.
